You must not use Cast-Text for unlawful activities, spam, or to disrupt services.

3. Payments

• Cast-Text offers paid plans as listed on the Pricing page.
• International pricing: $4.95 per user per month or $49.00 per user per year.
• Payments are billed in USD via the payment method provided at registration.
• All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to Thai jurisdiction.
